ТРИХОТОМИЧЕСКИЙ ПЕРИОД В ИСТОРИИ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ СЛОЖНОГО ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЯ В ГРАММАТИКЕ АНГЛИЙСКОГО ЯЗЫКА

Аннотация

Произведен анализ классификации сложных предложений с точки зрения трихотомического подхода в английской грамматической традиции, выделившего среди рассматриваемых синтаксических конструкций комплексные (сложноподчиненные) и сложные (сложносочиненные) предложения, первые из которых в свою очередь рассматриваются то в составе простого предложения (аналогично членению суждений в формальной логике), то как разновидность сложного. Дифференциация же придаточных конструкций (clauses) (существительные, прилагательные и наречные) строится на основе морфологического принципа (т.е. по аналогии с частями речи, которые они замещают).
