ABOUT THE RECEPTION FEATURES OF NOVEL “THE MASTER AND MARGARITA” IN THE 1930-1950S IN VARIOUS REFERENCE GROUPS

Abstract

The author analyzes the perception of Bulgakov’s novel at the stage of its creation in the context of two circles of readers - close to the author and potential - a wide circle of his contemporaries, who discovered the work only in the 1960s, and reveals the features of reception, determined by the change of social-political, cultural-historical and axiological background of the epoch.
