ARTISTIC TIME IN NOVEL “THE THOUGHT GANG” BY TIBOR FISCHER

Abstract

The article is an analysis of the artistic time in the modern English writer Tibor Fischer’s novel “The Thought Gang”. The topicality of the work is conditioned by the insufficient study of Tibor Fischer’s creative work, especially by the Russian researchers. The author pays special attention to the analysis of the correlation between the present, past and future tenses in the novel, the interdependence of text narrative strategy and its temporal organization.
