REPRESENTATION OF AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL PAST IN THE GERMAN DIARIES

Abstract

The article analyzes the regularities of manifestation of re-actualization of the events of personal past in the German diaries as a variation of autobiographical texts considered as a culturally conditioned, socialized, materialized form of fixing the autobiographical memory. The author identifies the specifics of representing the organizational forms of autobiographical material conditioned by the narrative characteristics and psychological mechanisms of memory.
