TEXTS IN THE STYLE OF “CONCRETE POETRY”: “MEMENTOS” NOT TO BE RECITED (FROM THE INVESTIGATION EXPERIENCE)

Abstract

The article is devoted to investigating the specifics of German “concrete poetry” - unexplored and rather contradictive trend of the modern literature without a certain status, clear boundaries and standard functions. The poems in the style of “concrete poetry” do not assume unambiguous interpretation and are not supposed to be recited. The special attention is paid to the analysis of the results of the experiment conducted for the purpose of developing more detailed conception on the regularities of perception and interpretation of such texts by the readers.
