MEANS OF LINGUISTIC EXPRESSION IN STORIES FOR CHILDREN BY S. T. ROMANOVSKY

Abstract

In the article a brief characteristic of several means of linguistic expression, which are used in stories for children of the prose writer from Elabuga S. T. Romanovsky, is given. It is also mentioned that the image of the nature, illustrated from a naive point of young reader’s view, appears as a creature in stories; the speech of the characters, which is rich with the elements of colloquialisms and emotive comparisons, contributes to “childishness” of texts, to their particular perception.
