COMMUNICATIVE PORTRAIT OF THE GUIDE: EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of the communicative portrait of the guide. The author considers such important components of the communicative portrait of the guide as the knowledge of the standards of speech etiquette and the ability to use it, the mastery of the speech technique, the correct answers to the questions, the ability to argue, to convince and to prove his/her point of view, and the prediction of the tourists’ reaction in the communication process.
