GRAPHIC REPRESENTATION OF PARENTHETICAL CONSTRUCTIONS IN THE SOCIAL AND POLITICAL TEXT

Abstract

The article deals with the graphic design of parenthetical constructions in the modern language of political journalism. In punctuation practice double commas, double dash and brackets are used to separate the parenthesis. The points of view of researchers on the nature of these symbols and the peculiarities of their use are considered. Besides, the authors single out 4 types of the graphic models of parenthetical constructions in the socio-political text on the basis of the characteristics of their punctuation design.
