INITIAL MUTATIONS IN THE IRISH LANGUAGE

Abstract

The article describes the peculiarities of Irish language, in particular, the author considers initial mutations, their causes and methods to use them in Irish grammar. The paper provides a survey of the initial mutation forms and analyzes the basic difficulties arising among the students-native speakers of Russian when studying initial mutation. The author provides examples of using initial mutations with their detailed description and explanation.
