OBJECTIVE, CONTENT AND BASIC APPROACHES TO TEACHING HISTORY AND CULTURE OF THE ENGLISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES TO THE FUTURE BACHELORS OF LINGUISTICS - FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS

Abstract

The article discusses the issues related to the formulation of objectives, selection of training content and choice of the approach to teaching the subject "History and culture of the English-speaking countries" to the future bachelors of Linguistics, who chose the profession of a foreign language teacher. The author gives the examples from the experience of the work program development and teaching this discipline in Tambov State University named after G. R. Derzhavin.
