CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN THE TARGET LANGUAGE AND THE SOURCE LANGUAGE
Abstract
The article presents the material that considers the comparison of the target language and the source language of a legal text. The author points out the possibility of a high degree of translation and a low level of incorrect translation; considers the opposite translation strategies - domestication and foreignization, - their use and dissemination; shows the difference between the terms “translation technique” and “translation technique”; describes in detail the techniques for translating certain types of texts; represents different types of equivalents for determining the degree of correspondence or inconsistency between the source language and the target language.
