Abstract
The reviewed collective monograph presents the basics of the author’s concept of ideography of phraseological neologisms, which is currently actively replenishing the stratum of phraseological units. The sources, models of formation, semantics and pragmatics of neophrasemes are investigated, their linguistic status is revealed, ideographic groupings are formed and structured, which form a kind of neophraseological picture of the world. This picture of the world will be reflected by the taxonomic network of the ideographic dictionary of phraseological neology, which is being developed by a team of authors. Examples of ideographic vocabulary descriptions of neophrasemes are given in the Annex.
