LANGUAGE ANALYSIS IN NEW TIME PHILOSOPHY

Abstract

In the article the analysis of the linguo-philosophic conceptions of New time - Port-Royal Grammar and Condillac's works - is given. The connection between the common philosophic picture of the world of the XVIIth-XVIIIth centuries and theories of language is traced.
