GERMAN-LANGUAGE LITERATURE OF AUSTRIA OR AUSTRIAN PROSE PECULIARITY OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE XX ^TH CENTURY

Abstract

The author pays special attention to the important stage of the Austrian national literature formation as a part of the general German culture, mentions the peculiarity of the Austrian prose in the second half of the XX ^th century, and emphasizes its direct connection with the problems associated with the destruction and formation of national identity, experienced by the Austrians in the XX ^th century.
