CULTURAL SPACE OF LONDON TEXT IN ENGLISH LITERATURE
Abstract
The authors analyze the London text in the English literature, and using the methods of analysis of cultural meanings and senses reveal the features of the cognitive space of this hyper-text created through a series of artistic concepts – cultural markers: 'the City', 'London Bridge', etc., which get representation in the components of the unity in the texts of Ch. Dickens, J. Galsworthy, and others.
