USING BLOG TECHNOLOGY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE PRACTICAL CLASSES

Abstract

The article considers the use of blogs technology in teaching and learning the English language. Particular attention is paid to the classification of blogs. The characteristics of the different types of blogs that are distinguished on the basis of the role or professional affiliation of their respective owners – bloggers is given. The potential of blogs in the development of computer literacy and the improvement of language competence is shown.
