SPECIFICS OF ARTISTIC CHARACTER IN THE OSSETIAN NOVEL - MYTH

Abstract

The article reveals the meaning of the concept “Ossetian novel-myth”. Genre of a novel-myth is an integrated unity formed by the specifics of complex relations of characters and circumstances, personages and reality. The goal of the research is formulated as follows: for the first time in the Ossetian literary criticism to investigate the genre essence of a novel-myth. Novel-myth as an encyclopedia of national life and national spirit represents closely and in full detail these complex relations of a human being and his environment by a human-created structure of artistic world.
