INTELLECTUAL MOTIVATION IN THE CONCEPTION OF M. VOLOSHIN’S CREATIVE WORK

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of creative impulses in the conception of M. Voloshin. By the material of his paper "Demons of Law and Destruction" (1908) and poems “Fist” (1922), “Sword” (1922) and “Powder” (1922) the author makes a detailed analyzes of the intellectual motivation. An idea and an “alien text” are considered as important impulses of M. Voloshin’s creative work both for his lyrics and his articles. The paper also reveals his attitude to using an “alien text” that nowadays is interpreted as plagiarism.
