GENRE SPECIFICS OF NON-PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL ESSAY (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE TEXTS OF THE INTERNET-NEWSPAPER)

Abstract

The paper reveals genre specifics of the modern non-professional travel essay in the Internet-newspaper. Genre analysis of the texts allows concluding about the origin in the Internet mass media of a new variety of a genre of a travel essay, distinguished from professional essay at all the levels of genre organization; the author claims about the presence in the texts of Internet - communication of a “genre memory” allowing to secure the integrity and continuity of the development of a culture of speech.
