GRAMMATICAL CONVERSIVES AND RELATED PHENOMENA IN THE ENGLISH PHRASEOLOGICAL FUND

Abstract

The article considers one of the types of conversion in phraseology - grammatical one. Phraseological units correlate with one or another part of speech, and also have a categorical and grammatical meaning, which is determined by the core lexical component. Grammatical conversion in the phraseology is of the same nature as in the lexical one. The article also describes the notions of voice and modal phraseological transforms.
