THE POETICS OF THE PARABLE IN THE CREATIVITY OF LU XUN (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE COLLECTION “WILD GRASS”)

Abstract

In the article the creativity of the classic of Chinese literature Lu Xun is analyzed. The author focuses on the poetics of the parable in the book of lyric miniatures of the writer “Wild Grass” (1927) giving the definition of the parable and identifying its features by the material of several poems in the collection. The author also ascertains why the book is made in this way, what is the basic meaning of the collection as a whole, and what were the prerequisites for its creation. As the result of the analysis it is proved that the majority of the poems in the book are parables.
