EURO-ENGLISH LANGUAGE AS AN INTERNATIONAL PHENOMENON IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN MULTILINGUALISM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the Euro-English language - a variant of the modern English language in Europe. The author examines its linguistic peculiarities, provides its analysis from the sociocultural viewpoint. The researcher discusses the specifics of origin of this variant and evaluates its sociocultural role as an international phenomenon, in particular, she emphasizes that it became an instrument for international communication.
