THE STUDY OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF VETERINARY MEDICINE

Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the motives of professional choices of the first year students of the faculty of veterinary medicine in the Vyatka State Agricultural Academy. The research includes the examination of motives of profession choice, the determination of professional readiness and defining the peculiarities of a personality-professional. The content-analysis of essays, the methods of determination of professional readiness by A. P. Chernyavskaya, the methods by J. Holland are part of the set of methods, used in the work. The applied tools are recommended for conducting further studies in this area.
