NATIONAL CULTURE AND TRANSLATION

Abstract

The article discusses the importance of culture for translation. The paper shows the presentation of the translation terms from the sphere of culture in specialized dictionaries. The authors present the attempts of levelling of cultural differences on the basis of the study of language systems. The necessity to study the sociocultural singularity of social psychology, national mentality and their realization in the language and speech usage is marked.
