B. PASTERNAK’S POEM “THE TALE”. EXPERIENCE OF INTERPRETATION AND COMPARISON OF THE ORIGINAL TEXT WITH ITS SPANISH, ENGLISH, GERMAN AND ITALIAN TRANSLATIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the Spanish, English, German and Italian translations of the poem “The Tale”. The author identifies the differences from the original at the lexical, graphical and rhythmic levels. Preserving thematic similarity with the original, the mentioned translations are still the representation of the translators’ linguistic thinking.
