REALIZATION OF THE CONCEPT “LAW” IN ARGUMENTATIVE TEXTS OF THE ENGLISH MASS MEDIA OF JURIDICAL DISCOURSE IN ITS PUBLICISTIC FORM

Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the concept LAW from the viewpoint of its realization in the argumentative text. Special attention is paid to identifying the specificity of concept LAW realization in four components of textual structure. The paper analyzes in detail three cognitive features and concludes that modern English juridical discourse is characterized by considerable amount of cognitive features, complexes and their combinatorial potentials when objectifying the key concept LAW.
