COMMUNICATIVE ORGANIZATION OF ENGINEERING-TECHNICAL PROFILE TEXT IN DIDACTIC ASPECT (BY EXAMPLE OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL ON GENERAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING)

Abstract

The author considers the problem of the communicative organization of a text for the students of an engineering-technical profile, learning Russian as a foreign language, analyzes the fragments of the interdisciplinary educational-methodological material “Electrical Engineering Language”, including the training tasks aimed at mastering the abilities and skills of a professional text effective reading, as well as its unassisted production, describes the attempt of the didactic materials development on Russian as a foreign language taking into consideration the educational and professional activity of students, and shows its conditionality by the functional-cognitive specificity of engineers’ linguistic communication and the necessity to take into account students’ cognitive preferences.
