BASIC PRINCIPLES OF STUDENTS’ FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATIONAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT UNDER CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL LANGUAGE EDUCATION
Abstract
The author discusses the problem of students’ foreign language educational competence development at the language faculty of a pedagogical higher educational establishment, considers the notion of a foreign language educational competence, presents its component structure, gives its brief functional-content characteristics, and analyzes in detail the principles, on which the process of this competence formation and development is based.
