AESTHETICS OF CONTEMPORARY VENETIAN TEXT

Abstract

The author considers the Venetian poetry of the XX th-XXI st centuries, which together with musical, pictorial, prose texts forms the integral Venetian text, and as an example of the Venetian text aesthetic unity presents the comparative characteristics of two contemporary novels about Venice: T. Scarpa’s “Stabat Mater” and S. Carroll’s “Venice Twilight”.
