FORMATION OF WRITTEN FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL SPECIALITIES IN NON-LANGUAGE HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem teaching written foreign language speech to the students of technical higher education establishments. The didactic means and devices of teaching written speech and its systematization and introduction into the academic process of the students in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University are presented and described in details. The special attention is given to the consideration and description of the experiment to use the complex made on the basis of the author's teaching experience.
