MODEL OF METHODICAL TRAINING OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER UNDER CONTINUOUS PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article describes conceptual foundations of modeling the process of continuous methodical training of a foreign language teacher. The paper analyzes systemic, process and pragmatist aspects of methodical training assumed as a basis of the model. The author argues for the conceptual format of the model presupposing revelation of universal nature of developing a process of methodical training and orientation to the purpose - formation of professional methodical competence of a foreign language teacher. The structure of the suggested model of training is described at the level of purpose-oriented and methodological components.
