TYPES OF INTERACTION OF THE PHRASEOLOGICAL CODE WITH THE CODE OF CONTEXT

Abstract

The article from the linguo-semiotic viewpoint by the material of the English language examines certain regularities of verbal use of the phraseological units. The author shows that phraseological units come out as the semiotically heterogeneous inclusions into the text texture which are based on a special phraseological code different from the code of variable context. The paper characterizes the means for the interaction of the phraseological units with the variable context.
