Abstract

The article is devoted to conducting a structural analysis of the modern English business phraseological terminology presented in the new “Longman Business English Dictionary”. The study aims to identify the main structural models of the English-language business phraseological terminology. Scientific novelty of the research lies in determining the nomenclature of the basic models in the English-language business phraseology including three main models of phraseological unit terms: N + N model, Adj + N model, Prtc2 + N model. The research findings have demonstrated that the basic models of the English-language business terminology predominantly include partially redefined phraseological unit terms.
