The collection includes scientific articles analyzing key phenomena and patterns in the historical development of world literatures (excluding Russian, literatures of the peoples of Russia, and Russian émigré literature of the 20th century). It explores the literatures of individual countries or cultural-linguistic groups in their entirety, with an emphasis on the works of outstanding authors and covering significant historical periods.
